Acceptance defined
The client and Twin agree what must be demonstrated.
Twin Global brings Australian client leadership and Vietnam-based engineering together in one integrated delivery model. Clients remain close to commercial and delivery decisions, while engineers take direct responsibility for solution design, implementation, quality, release readiness and ongoing improvement.

One operating model
Twin Global Solutions leads client engagement, stakeholder alignment and delivery governance from Australia. Twin Software Solutions provides the engineering capability in Vietnam, while the client retains ownership of business priorities, organisational constraints and acceptance decisions.
The model scales to suit the size, complexity and risk of each engagement. The principle remains consistent: responsibilities are clear, technical access is direct and important decisions stay visible throughout delivery.
The client supplies the context and decisions that only the organisation can own.
The Australian team keeps business intent, commercial responsibility and delivery decisions connected.
Engineering teams own the technical work needed to deliver and evolve the platform.
Where a project needs additional expertise, a specialist may contribute to a clearly bounded workstream.
Quality, acceptance and release
Acceptance criteria are agreed early and reviewed throughout delivery. Testing covers complete workflows, user roles, data, integrations and exception paths—not just individual screens.
Before the platform goes live, the team confirms the required environments, dependencies, migration activities, stakeholder communications and release responsibilities. After deployment, the result is validated and agreed issues are addressed. Any critical blocker, unresolved risk or failed readiness check is escalated before release. Where appropriate, rollback and correction plans are prepared in advance.
The client and Twin agree what must be demonstrated.
Functional and integration behaviour is reviewed in context.
Dependencies, ownership and communication are confirmed.
Material issues reach the right decision-maker promptly.
Ongoing Support and Continuous Improvement
Support arrangements are agreed as part of the engagement. Depending on the platform and operating needs, they may include release stabilisation, defect resolution, operational reviews, integration updates and planned enhancements.
Feedback from users and operational teams is turned into clear, prioritised actions. The client decides which changes matter most to the organisation, while Twin assesses the technical impact, recommends the right sequence and helps the platform evolve without compromising stability or maintainability.
Delivery in practice
BOP Plus owns the ScriptStream product, while Twin Global Solutions designed and developed the platform. Twin coordinated product delivery, systems integration and release preparation through Australian client leadership and engineering teams across Australia and Vietnam. ScriptStream is now in early production, with prescriber onboarding, further integration and ongoing enhancements continuing.

An initial discussion helps identify key stakeholders, existing systems, governance requirements, release expectations and the right delivery structure. From there, we can agree on a practical next step with clear ownership and direction.
