These terms apply to the public Twin Global website. Proposals, software subscriptions and project engagements have their own agreed terms.
Website information helps you assess whether we can help.
It describes our capabilities, products and selected work. A specific scope, price, delivery commitment or service level is governed by the agreement for that service.

1. About these terms
This website is operated by Twin Global Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 37 669 717 328). These terms govern your use of the public site. If you do not agree with them, please stop using it. They do not replace any separate agreement you have with us.
2. Website information and enquiries
Articles and service descriptions provide general business and technology information. They are not advice tailored to your organisation or a binding offer. An example from one project does not promise the same result in another.
Contacting us or attending an initial meeting does not by itself create a client engagement, partnership or agency relationship. Any binding scope and commitments must be agreed separately. Please keep initial enquiries free of patient information, passwords and confidential production material.
3. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and current, but information can change. Confirm details that matter to a decision, including product features, pricing and project status, with us before relying on them. We may update, remove or suspend content, and cannot promise uninterrupted access.
4. Content, images and intellectual property
Original website text, design, graphics, code and branding are owned by or licensed to Twin Global unless otherwise stated. You may read, save or print a reasonable copy for your organisation’s internal evaluation and share links to our pages. Please keep copyright and attribution notices intact.
Our permission is required before republishing, selling or commercially reusing a substantial part of the site. Client names, logos, screenshots and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is subject to the context and attribution stated in the relevant article, product page or customer story.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Security testing requires our written permission. Do not misrepresent your identity or use enquiry functions to send unlawful or harmful material.
6. Privacy, cookies and analytics
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and optional Google Analytics. Using the website or agreeing to these terms does not give consent to analytics.
The site loads Google Analytics only after you accept it. You may decline or later withdraw through Cookie settings. Our public content and enquiry options remain available either way.
Analytics is off until you accept.
7. External websites
We link to external sources and services where they provide useful context. Those organisations control their own content, terms, availability and privacy practices. A link does not imply an endorsement beyond the relationship described.
8. Responsibility and your legal rights
Use the website with regard to its general information purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss caused by reliance on public website content or interruptions to the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate service agreement may set out responsibilities for a paid engagement, subject to those legal protections.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Queensland law, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to the website, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply elsewhere.
We may update these terms as the site or legal requirements change. The revision date is shown at the top. Updated terms apply to use of the site after publication.
