1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the public website operated by Twin Global Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 37 669 717 328). Client applications and project environments may have their own notices and agreements.
2. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. Local storage keeps information in your browser separately from cookies. We use local storage to remember your analytics choice, so you do not need to answer on every page.
Our website host may also process request and security logs, including an IP address, requested page, browser details and time of access. Those logs help deliver and protect the site and are separate from optional analytics.
3. What Google Analytics does
When you select “Accept analytics”, the site loads Google’s tag for Google Analytics 4, using measurement ID G-6SDYR2DTYN. Google receives information about visits, pages viewed, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We use the resulting reports to understand our audience and improve the website.
The site configures analytics with Google signals and advertising personalisation disabled. We have not added advertising pixels or custom events that send enquiry fields. Page-view settings leave out URL query strings and fragments and reduce external referrers to the originating website.

Analytics cookie expiry is not renewed automatically by a visit. Cookie duration is different from how long Google retains reports and event data; retention is controlled in the Analytics account and under Google’s applicable terms.
5. Accepting, declining and changing your mind
Before you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and the site does not send analytics requests to Google. Closing the browser, scrolling or continuing to use the site does not count as acceptance.
Use “Cookie settings” in any page footer to accept or decline later. If you switch analytics off after accepting, the site disables collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and refreshes the page to unload the tag. This stops future collection; it does not erase information already received by Google.
Analytics is off until you accept.
Your choice applies to this browser. Other browsers and devices need their own choice. If you clear local storage or use private browsing, we may ask again. If your browser prevents us from saving the choice, we can apply it to the current page only.
6. Other ways to control analytics
Your browser settings can block or delete cookies and clear local storage. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking analytics will not prevent you from reading our website or contacting us.
