The setting

Let customers join from their own phones.

Shinhan Bank’s campaign gave customers a short interactive experience during a branch visit. A QR code provided the entry point into the Zalo Mini App.

The campaign’s purpose was customer appreciation for Vietnamese Women’s Day. It also aimed to encourage customers to follow the bank’s Zalo Official Account.

The interaction

Find the branded targets and play for a score.

The mobile demonstration shows branded targets within the camera view.

Players used their phones to find and capture branded targets in an augmented reality game. Their score determined reward qualification.

The experience brought the branch setting into the interaction. Visitors could enter, understand the challenge and take part on the device they already had with them.

A branch visit with a digital continuation

The QR entry, game and reward formed a focused participation journey. The bank’s Official Account gave the campaign an associated communication objective.

Project value

A branch visit included a complete appreciation experience

A QR code moved visitors into the game on their own phones, without a separate app installation. Branded AR targets and a score threshold connected participation with the campaign’s gifts.

The screen and game recording show how the bank’s Women’s Day appreciation idea became an experience customers could join in the branch. The associated Official Account follow objective gave the campaign a potential route for continuing communication.
