PangoCDP customer story
VUS: make it easier for parents to take the next step.
VUS and PangoCDP connected Mini App experiences, enquiry forms and follow-up on Zalo, helping parents move from an initial interaction towards a trial class or placement-test booking.
About the client
An established English education network serving families across Vietnam
VUS – Vietnam USA Society English Centers – operates a national English education network. The company passed its 60-centre milestone in April 2023, and PangoCDP’s August 2025 implementation account describes more than 70 centres. Its audience includes parents and students whose first enquiry can begin at a school, supermarket, event or online.
The programme joined those first interactions with booking and follow-up, giving a multi-centre education business a more consistent way to continue the conversation with each family.

The customer need
Keep the enquiry moving after the first interaction.
An event, a campaign or a conversation can create interest in a class. The next step needs to be easy for a parent to complete, and the information needs to reach the people and systems handling the enquiry.
VUS used Zalo, a familiar messaging platform for its Vietnamese audience, to bring participation, registration and follow-up closer together. PangoCDP supported the customer information and communication around that journey.
The parent experience
Join the activity, share the details and arrange the next conversation.
Mini games and forms gave parents an accessible starting point. With permission, available Zalo information could populate the form, reducing repeated entry. Interactions could then support customer groups and relevant follow-up.
The wider account includes placement-test booking and messages such as trial invitations and reminders. The practical value is continuity: the information from the first interaction can inform what the parent receives next.
