The customer need

Make the offer and the purchase route work together.

A targeted offer is more useful when the customer can act on it through a clear purchase journey. The operating team also needs the details required to confirm and fulfil the request.

Vua Bia’s PangoCDP programme connected customer communication with a Zalo Mini App ordering experience. The published account identifies Vua Bia as an AB InBev distributor; the story concerns that distributor programme.

The ordering journey

Move from the message to an order the team can confirm.

A promotional message directed the customer to a Mini App, where they could review the offer, choose products, enter the relevant code and complete their details. A representative then contacted the customer to confirm the order before delivery.

PangoCDP supported communication and campaign reporting around the journey. This kept the customer’s response connected with the ordering process and later engagement.

Relevant communication
Use customer groups and purchase context to support offers and reminders.
An accessible order route
Let the customer move from the invitation into a focused Mini App journey.
An operational handover
Pass the order request into representative confirmation and fulfilment.
