Receive agency bookings
The software provided a way for the launch team to receive bookings from sales agencies.
Property sales and launch events
Twin built sales-event software for Gamuda Land to receive agency bookings, allocate units and support online deposits across five property launches.

About the client
Gamuda Land is the property development business of Malaysia’s Gamuda Berhad. Founded in 1995, it entered Vietnam in 2007 and has since developed townships and residential projects across the country. Gamuda City in Hanoi spans 274 hectares.
The sales events in Twin’s project presentation include Eaton Park and Elysian in Ho Chi Minh City, and Springville in Dong Nai. Gamuda Land describes Springville as an 18.2-hectare integrated township. This gives the event workflow a clear setting: teams were handling live bookings and unit choices for a developer with projects in several markets.
Development areas come from Gamuda Land’s portfolio. The five-event scope comes from Twin’s project presentation.
The customer need
An agency booking is the start of a launch transaction. The sales team still needs to allocate a unit and collect the deposit. Gamuda Land needed software that could support those steps during a property sales event.
Twin’s team documented the event workflow across five launches. Eaton Park, Elysian and Springville are the examples shown in the presentation; an agency booking could be followed through allocation and the online deposit step.
What Twin delivered
The software provided a way for the launch team to receive bookings from sales agencies.
The event team could allocate units from the available stock. Event displays showed unit status by project.
The software supported online deposit collection as part of the sales event workflow.
Project evidence
The Elysian photograph above shows an event unit display. Eaton Park provides another view of unit status, while Springville documents the launch venue. Together, the images place the booking and allocation workflow in real events.

Project value
For launch staff, receiving a booking is only the beginning. The software supported the next decisions about available units and the deposit step online. The unit displays in the project record show why current stock information mattered as teams worked through a live event.
Twin’s presentation documents this booking, allocation and deposit workflow across five sales events.
