Property sales and launch events
Twin built event software for CapitaLand Development Vietnam to run lottery-based allocation and match buyers with available units during three property sales events.

About the client
CapitaLand Development Vietnam is the local development business of CapitaLand Group. It has worked in Vietnam for more than 30 years and reported a portfolio of over 19,000 homes across 20 projects in October 2026. Its residential launches involve substantial stock, multiple phases and buyers making decisions while availability changes.
Twin’s event work is documented for Sycamore, The Fullton and Orchard Heights. The three events cover two developments, with Orchard Heights a phase of Sycamore. CapitaLand describes the Sycamore master development as spanning 18.9 hectares.

The customer need
At a property launch, allocation decisions change which units are available for the next buyer. CapitaLand needed software that could support a draw and match buyers with available units during the event.
As a buyer was selected, the event team needed a clear view of the units still available for a match. That is the point where launch logistics, stock information and customer expectations meet.
What Twin delivered
The software supported the lottery-based rules used to allocate stock during the sales event.
The event team could match buyers with units in real time as availability changed.
The team documented the allocation and matching workflow across three sales events, including a later Sycamore phase.
Project evidence

Event photographs show the launch settings. The allocation and matching functions are documented in Twin’s project presentation.
Project value
At a launch, each allocation changes the choices available to the next buyer. Twin’s software supported the draw and live unit matching in one event workflow, so staff could work from the current allocation state as selections were made.
The three documented events show this allocation process in use across successive launches, including a later phase within Sycamore.
