About VNVC

A national service for children, adults and families

Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company operates the VNVC vaccination centre network. Established in 2017, VNVC has grown to nearly 300 centres across Vietnam. Its September 2026 company account reports more than 12,000 doctors, nurses and other personnel.

VNVC’s growth has also expanded access to vaccines: its current website reports introducing more than 20 new and next-generation vaccines over nine years. For Twin, the task was to bring an ongoing family service into a mobile application, with information and records that customers could return to across repeated visits.

The operating problem

Supporting customers before and after a vaccination visit

For customers managing vaccinations for themselves and family members, the journey involves much more than choosing an appointment. Information, schedules, transactions, records and reminders can stretch across many visits and multiple people.

The service had to remain useful beyond booking. Customers needed access to vaccine information and availability, personal schedules, reminders, transaction activity, vaccination history and relevant health resources from one account-based experience.

Twin translated that service journey into a dedicated mobile product designed around the customer’s continuing relationship with VNVC.

Adoption at consumer scale

A mobile channel that customers continued to adopt

VNVC publicly launched the application in June 2023. In its 2026 electronic vaccination record announcement, the company reported almost one million app downloads and described nationwide use of electronic records from 1 January 2026. These are milestones in the current product’s development beyond the original mobile engagement.

Project value

A family’s vaccination journey in one mobile service

Twin’s delivered functions brought appointments, purchases, reminders and vaccination records into one customer channel. Linked family profiles made that experience relevant to parents managing care for more than one person.

The app gave VNVC a direct service channel before and after the centre visit, while customers could return to booking and record information on their own phones. Later public adoption measures describe the evolving product and are identified in the app section.
