Phú Mỹ Hưng: property discovery connected to publishing and enquiries
Twin delivered an integrated web and mobile property platform for Phú Mỹ Hưng, connecting the customer-facing discovery journey with the listing, content, enquiry and reporting work required to keep that experience useful behind the scenes.

About Phú Mỹ Hưng
A property platform for an established urban developer
Established on 19 May 1993, Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation is the developer behind the 433-hectare Phú Mỹ Hưng urban area in Ho Chi Minh City. Its work spans residential, commercial and community facilities, with project information that must remain useful to buyers as developments progress.
The company records national recognition of Phú Mỹ Hưng as Vietnam’s first model urban area in 2008 and an Urban Land Institute award in 2012. Twin’s engagement connected web and mobile property discovery with the publishing, enquiry and reporting work behind that customer experience.
Client sources checked 26 October 2026. The urban area’s land size describes the developer’s portfolio, rather than software deployment coverage.
Customer challenge
A property service for customers and publishing teams
Phú Mỹ Hưng needed to modernise a fragmented digital property journey for both prospective customers and the internal teams responsible for keeping project information current.
Customers needed easier ways to navigate projects, search and filter property information and submit enquiries across devices. Internally, teams needed a practical way to manage listings and content while gaining clearer reporting from digital activity.
The project covered both the customer-facing experience and the tools internal teams used to publish and maintain property information.

Delivered platform
Customer discovery connected to internal publishing
A customer could search property information and make an enquiry across the web and mobile experience. Internal teams could maintain the listings and content behind that journey and use reporting to review digital activity. The practical contribution was a connected workflow for both sides of the property service.
The public app has continued to evolve. This story describes Twin’s documented property discovery, publishing and enquiry scope.
Keeping published property information current
Internal teams had tools to manage the information customers searched and viewed, alongside the reporting needed to understand digital activity.
Project value
Customer discovery supported by the publishing workflow behind it
The web and mobile experience gave customers a route to discover properties, review information and make an enquiry. The administration tools gave internal teams the means to publish and maintain the information supporting that experience.
Connecting those two sides made the platform useful to both the buyer and the developer: customers had an accessible discovery channel, while the business could manage its property content and enquiries as part of the same service.
