Leasing CRM
Enquiries to onboarding and lease activity
The Leasing CRM supports enquiries, customer onboarding, lease agreements, follow-up activity, reminders and the information required by leasing teams.
Sơn Kim Land · Leasing & property operations
Twin delivered a connected programme for Sơn Kim Land that brings together Leasing CRM, a client-specific Property Management System and resident-facing mobile services—so the technology can change with the relationship as a prospect becomes a tenant and day-to-day property operations begin.

Customer challenge
Leasing, occupancy and resident service involve different teams, records and responsibilities. When those stages are managed through manual processes and disconnected systems, important context is easily lost as the relationship moves from sales activity into day-to-day property operations.
Sơn Kim Land needed a clearer relationship between the leasing journey, the property and unit records behind occupancy, day-to-day service requests and the resident-facing experience.
Twin delivered separate but connected systems for the work each team and user group needed to perform.

See the systems working across the lifecycle

One lifecycle, different systems
The strength of the programme comes from clear system responsibility. Leasing CRM manages customer and lease activity; the client-specific Property Management System supports property operations; and resident mobile services give occupants a practical front door into day-to-day service. Integration connects those responsibilities without forcing them into one oversized application.
Sơn Kim Land shows Twin’s ability to design beyond the boundaries of CRM—connecting customer management, client-specific property operations and resident-facing services while keeping the role of each system clear.
The architecture also illustrates an important enterprise principle: a connected experience does not require one giant application. Different systems can remain responsible for the work they handle best, provided the hand-offs, shared identifiers and data exchanges are designed around the lifecycle rather than around organisational silos.
