Twin Global Solutions Pty Ltd (“Twin Global”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects user privacy and is committed to giving users control over their personal data.

This page explains how users can request deletion of data collected through our Facebook App integration in accordance with Meta Platform requirements and applicable privacy laws.

1. Your Right to Request Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or used a Meta-related feature through our application, you may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymise your data unless we are legally required to retain certain records.


2. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on how you used our services, deletion may include:

Account Data

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Facebook user ID
  • Profile information shared via Meta login

Connected Assets

  • Facebook Pages connected to our platform
  • Instagram Business accounts linked through Meta
  • Social media channel settings

Usage Data

  • Scheduled posts
  • Draft posts
  • Content history
  • Login records
  • App preferences

Support Data

  • Messages sent to support
  • Integration troubleshooting records

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion using any of the methods below.

Option A – Inside Our Platform
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account / Delete Connected Data
  4. Confirm your request
Option B – Contact Us Directly

Use the subject line:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used on the account
  • Facebook Page name (if relevant)
  • Brief description of your request

4. What Happens After Your Request

Once your request is received:

Step 1 – Verification

We may verify your identity to protect your account and prevent unauthorised deletion requests.

Step 2 – Processing

We will review and process your request.

Step 3 – Deletion

Your eligible personal data will be deleted, anonymised, or disconnected from our systems.

Step 4 – Confirmation

We will send confirmation once completed.


5. Processing Time

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days, and often sooner.

Complex requests or requests requiring identity verification may take longer where permitted by law.


6. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Tax or accounting obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security investigations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Backup systems (temporary retention)

Where retained, access will be restricted and data will only be kept for as long as required.


7. Revoking Facebook Permissions Directly

You may also remove our app from your Facebook account at any time:

  1. Go to your Facebook account
  2. Open Settings & Privacy
  3. Select Settings
  4. Go to Business Integrations or Apps and Websites
  5. Select our application
  6. Remove access

Please note: Removing the app from Facebook may disconnect access but may not automatically delete stored data unless a deletion request is also submitted.
