Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam

Connecting dealer teams with vehicle owners.

A vehicle enquiry becomes a sale, then a continuing service relationship. Twin developed CRM web applications and mobile apps for Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam, connecting manufacturer teams, dealers, sales and service staff, and vehicle owners. Integration with the SAP Dealer Management System linked the applications with customer and vehicle records, while a separate data layer supported reporting.
